晶体中退耦合晶面的波速与体波速的关系

The relationship between decoupled crystal plane wave velocity and bulk wave velocity in crystal

摘要 基于晶格动力学理论,通过分析晶体体波速与原子间相互作用力的关系,在只考虑原子间的短程中心力相互作用下,给出了晶体中退耦合晶面的波速与体波速及晶格结构的关系.其目的是为了建立起位错方程中离散效应修正项系数与实验上可测量的物理量之间的联系.如果考虑原子间的非中心力部分的修正,该关系近似成立.最后由不同的晶格结构验证了该关系的可靠性. By analyzing the connection between bulk wave velocity and atomic interacting force in crystal and considering only the short- range central interacting force among atoms using the theory of lattice dynamics, the decoupled crystal plane wave velocity in crystal which is related with the bulk wave velocity and the lattice structure is obtained. The purpose for giving it is to establish the connection between the parameters of the correction of the discrete effect in the dislocation equation and the measurable physical quantity in experiment. The relationship is approximately correct if the modification of non - central interacting force among atoms is further considered. The reliability of the relationship is validated by various lattice structures.
