摘要
本实验发现缺氧能损伤牛肺动脉内皮细胞,超氧化物歧化酶或/和过氧化氢酶、别嘌呤醇及异搏定可减轻这种损伤,山莨菪碱亦有抗损伤的作用。从而说明氧自由基在肺动脉内皮细胞缺氧损伤中具有重要意义,山莨菪碱对肺动脉内皮细胞缺氧所致损伤有保护作用。
The effect and mechanism of hypoxia on cultured bovine pulmonary endothelial cells (BPEC) in vitro and the effect of anisodamine on the. hypoxic injury model were observed. The percentage of the release of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the percentage of cellular viability on BPEC were measured. The results showed that BPEC could be injured by hypoxia. The oxygen free radicals play an important role in hypoxic injury and anisodamine has a protective effect on this injury.
