摘要
针对辽宁中小型制造业的现状及实施成功率低的问题,阐述了辽宁中小型制造业应用ERP的必要性,从ERP系统实施过程角度分析了辽宁中小型制造业ERP实施的瓶颈及原因,并给出了相应的对策,为辽宁中小制造企业ERP实施提供理论上和方法上的指导。
In view of the low level and operational efficiency of the enterprise and it is also an undisputable fact that the success rate of implementing ERP is low in our country,this paper analyzes the necessity of implementing ERP in Liaoning medium and small--sized manufacturing enterprises, It also analyzes the bottlenecks and reasons of implementing ERP in Liaoning medium and small-sized manufacturing application from the perspective of the implementation of the ERP system,and in the light of these problems, some countermeasures are put forward, which provides theoretical and methodological guidance for the implementation of ERP in Liaoning medium and small-slzed manufacturing enterprises.
