针对目前项目管理软件的应用情况,应用模糊数学的方法,通过确立项目管理软件性能评价的指标,建立了基于灰色综合评价的工程项目管理软件择优模型。并以某设计院为应用实例阐释了具体的计算过程。结果表明可以使用该方法为企业提供项目管理软件的择优。

In view of the application of the project management software ,the article uses the fuzzy method to set up an evaluation index system and gives the fuzzy comprehensive judgment to find which project management software fits the company. Takeing a design institute as an example, the result shows that this method can make the company choose the best software.
