中日辅导员工作比较研究

Comparative study on the work of China and Japan counsellors

针对当前中国高校辅导员开展大学生思想政治教育等工作的特点,对中国和日本辅导员工作中的几个方面进行比较和分析,得出中国高校辅导员制度还应借鉴日本的高校管理体制,多给学生更多的独立和自由,注重大学生责任感和独立性的培养,引导他们进行人生思考和自我探索,进而完成自我确立。

In view of the traits of college students＇ideological as political work by the counsellors in universities in China, the authors make a comparison between the counsellors in China and in Japan, and then analyse several sapects of their work,thus,concluding that counsellors of our country should learn and use for reference from the management system in Japan. That is to say,we should give students more independence and freedom, and focus on cultivating their sense of responsibility as well as independence, further more,lead them to have a thought for life and self--exploration,only in this way,can they fullfil the mission of self--establishment.
