针对当前高校研究生会的工作中存在的问题,结合从事研究生会工作的经验和体会,通过对研究生会自身建设及所开展活动的讨论分析,提出在新时期改进研究生会管理制度,缺乏活力等问题的具体工作思路,对高校研究生会的发展具有一定的现实意义和可操作性。

In view of some problems in the postgraduate student union work of the colleges currently and connecting with the experience and the cognition which are gained from engaging the postgraduate student union work, analyze the activity of the postgraduate student union at present. And put forward an idea how to improve on the postgraduate student union＇s administration system and the problem of lacking enthusiasm in the new period. This thought possesses operability to be applied in other domain.
