提高新建本科院校人才培养质量的对策

Measures to raise the quality of talents training in newly-founded colleges and universities

通过对影响新建本科院校人才培养质量因素的分析,提出了提高人才培养质量的对策:明确办学定位,构建应用型本科人才培养模式;加强专业、学科建设,推进"产学研"结合;深化教学改革,抓好课堂教学环节;创新和完善教学管理制度,完善质量监控体系;加强师资队伍建设,改善办学条件;加强教育引导,培养学生创新与实践能力。

Through the analysis of factors concerning talents construction of the newly--built colleges, the writer of this paper puts forward measures for raising the quality of talents cultivation： to clarify the orientation of running a school, construct the mode of cultivation of applicable undergraduates; further strengthen specialty and subject construction; conduct the combination of ＂production, learning and research＂; deepen the reforms of teaching; focus on classroom--teaching; innovate and perfect teaching management;establish assured system of quality examination;improve teachers＇ teaching level and the school conditions and strengthen education and cultivate students＇ ability of creation and practice.
