摘要
介绍了用Ti代替Mo生产的491Q灰铸铁凸轮轴的生产工艺、显微组织和性能特征。实践证明:在熔炼过程中添加适量的V-Ti生铁,可以生产出φ30mm试棒抗拉强度高于300MPa的灰铸铁凸轮轴;凸轮轴中的石墨变成D型,基体组织为片间距约100nm、硬度约300HV的屈氏体;批量生产没有出现因降低w(Mo)量而产生早期失效的产品。
The production process, mierostmcture and mechanical properties of 491Q model gray iron camshaft produced with Ti as the substitute of Mo was introduced. Practice showed that,by using proper percentage of V-Ti containing pig iron during melting, it is possible to produce gray iron camshaft with tensile strength higher than 300 MPa (test with Ф30 mm specimen); the graphite of the camshaft has changed into D-type , the matrix stmctme was of tmostite with flake space of 100 nm and hardness of 300HV. Batch production proved that the early failure of the camshaft due to reduced Mo content had never occurred.
