摘要 研究了热处理工艺对高速钢轧辊组织和硬度的影响,获得大型复合铸造高速钢轧辊优化的热处理工艺为:1050℃淬火(加热时表面涂抗氧化涂料)、500℃两次回火、250℃长时间消除残余应力回火。经此工艺热处理的高速钢轧辊,硬度高、耐磨性好,残余应力得到较充分的释放。 The influence of heat treatment process on the structure and hardness of high speed steel rolls was investigated. As a result, the heat treatment process used for the heavy composite cast hi-speed steel rolls was optimized as follows: quenching from 1050 ℃ ( roils have to he coated with anti-oxidation coating during heating process)→wo times tempering at 500 ℃→long duration tempering at 250 ℃ to release residual stress. The hi-speed steel rolls treated with above process has high hardness, high wear resistance, and their residual stress have been relatively fully released.
