激光弯曲成形对1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢组织影响的研究

摘要 采用Nd:YAG激光器对1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢板材进行了激光弯曲成形实验,研究了激光弯曲成形对1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢板材显微组织的影响。结果表明,1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢板材激光熔覆层明显呈现三层组织区,分别为粒状晶区、粗的柱状晶区及柱状晶区;激光熔覆层开裂严重,裂纹主要以沿晶开裂为主,在基体与熔覆层界面处也出现明显的开裂现象。 In present paper, by using Nd:YAG laser unit, the laser bending experiment was carried out for 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel sheet, and the influence of Laser bending on the microstructure of 1Cr18Ni9Ti sheet was also investigated. The results indicated that, the microstructure of the laser cladding layer for 1Cr18Ni9Ti sheet shown three different zones obviously, such as, granular particle zone, coarse columnar crystal zone and columnar crystal zone; the laser cladding layer split seriously, and the main type of cracks was intergranular cracking, moreover, the cracking phenomena was also found in the interface between matrix and laser cladding layer.
