摘要 本文简述了液力变矩器设计与制造的研究和发展,以及计算机在液力变矩器设计与制造行业的应用,指出了存在的问题;建立了液力变矩器计算机辅助设计与制造的一体化系统;实现了液力变矩器性能预估、叶形判断与叶栅系统入、出口参数计算的有机统一、液流流道的计算机辅助三维设计、计算机辅助测绘及叶片的计算机辅助制造。因而大大提高了设计制造的速度和精度。 In this paper, the study, development and computer applications in the field of design and manufacturing of torque converter are briefly discussed, and the existing problems are pointed out. An integrated system of computer aided design and manufacturing for torque converter is established. In the system, various functions, such as performance prediction, blade shape determination, parameters calculation, geometric design model setting up of 3D flow channel and even the reverse engineering for torque converter are all incorporated. Three methods of computer aided manufacturing for 3 D blade are also analyzed in the paper.
