摘要
本文根据模态分析原理,系统阐述了结构应变模态的特点及测试方法,建立了微型汽车驱动桥桥壳的动态应变响应模态模型。根据此模型,可计算出任意载荷条件下结构的应变响应,确定疲劳危险点,进而可进行结构疲劳分析的计算机模拟。
According to the principle of modal analysis, the characteristics and test method of structure's strain mode were studied and the model of strain response mode of automotive driving axle housing was established in this paper. Based on this model, the strain response of structure under any dynamic loads could be evaluated and the fatigue analyse of the structure could be simulated on computer.
