摘要
目的:建立天胡荽的质量控制标准,考察不同产地来源的药材质量。方法:以黄酮苷元槲皮素和山柰素为指标成分,采用薄层色谱法对天胡荽药材进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法,以Shim-pack VP-ODS(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为色谱柱,甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(50∶50)为流动相,检测波长为370nm进行定量测定。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰,专属性强;槲皮素和山奈素的进样量分别在0.1290~1.613,0.1287~1.609μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均为0.9997。加样回收率槲皮素为101.17%,RSD为1.61%;山奈素为98.64%,RSD为1.56%。结论:该方法能准确可靠地进行定性、定量检测,可有效控制天胡荽的质量。
Objective: To establish a standard in order to control the quality of Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides Lam. Method: The flavonoids include quereetin and kaempferol as target constituents, used a TLC method to qualitatively indentify the Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides Lam ; and the quantitive determination was conducted by HPLC using a shim-pack VP-ODS (4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) column. The mobile phase was methanol -0. 5 phosphoric acid(50 :50), and the detection wavelength was 370 nm. Result: The TLC spots were clearly and reproducible. The hnear ranges of quereetin and kaempferol were 0. 129 0 - 1. 613 μg and 0. 128 7 - 1. 609 μg, respectively. The average recoveries of quercetin and kaempferol were 101.17% ( RSD = 1.61% ) and 98.64% ( RSD = 1.56% ) ,respectively. Conclusion: The developed methods are accurate which can be effective control the quality of Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides Lam.
