摘要
介绍一种旋转表面涂布活菌计数方法,具有螺旋平板法及表面涂布法的优点。经此法处理标本,菌落均匀分布于平板上。所得结果与传统的倾注平板法比较,有良好的相关性。双份平板计数之间差异无显著性。本法菌落形成较早,15~18h即可计数,从而缩短了报告时间,且操作简便,无需复杂设备。
A spiral and surface spread plate method (SSSPM) for counting viable bacteria is introduced. This method has not only the advantages both the spiral plate and surface spread plate method possessed, but also simple and convenient for operating and does not need any expensive instruments. Good agreement was obtained in parallel between SSSPM and standard pour plate (SPP)for enumeration of bacteria (r = 0. 995, p<3. 01). It was not significant to compare the difference of colony numbers between the double plates of SSSPM and SPP(t=0. 76,p>0. 05). Also the colonies that appear on the plate of SSSPM can be observed earlier than SPP. So the time for getting colony numbers was much shorter.
