HPLC法测定益母草胶囊中盐酸水苏碱的含量

Determination of Stachydrine Hydrochloride in Motherwort Herb Capsules by HPLC

目的:建立测定益母草胶囊中盐酸水苏碱含量的测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,强酸型阳离子交换色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为0.1%三乙胺的0.05mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液,用磷酸调节pH值2.3,检测波长为192nm。结果:盐酸水苏碱在1.037～10.37μg内,峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999(n=5);平均回收率:96.5%,RSD=1.06%(n=6)。结论:测定方法准确、重现性好,为益母草胶囊的质量控制提供可靠依据。

Objective： To establish a method of Stachydrine Hydrochloride in motherwort Herb Capsules. Method： The samples were determined by HPLC on a strong acidic cation exchange resin column （4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm） with 0. 05 mol · L^-1 solution of potassium dihydrogen phosphate（ contain 0. 1% trethylamine and adjust to pH 2.3 with phosphoric acid） as the mobile phase. As detector a speetrophotometer set at 192 nm. Results： The content of stachydrine Hydrochloride on HPLC was linear in the range of 1. 037 - 10.37 μg（ r = 0. 999 99, n = 5 ）. The average recovery was 96. 5%, RSD （n = 6） was 1. 06%. Conclusions：The method is simple, accurate and with good repeatability and high precision. The method can be used for control of Motherwort Herb Capsules.
