Extracting Process Study on Forsythiaside by Orthogonal Experiment

目的:用正交法研究连翘酯苷的最佳提取工艺。方法:选择提取溶剂、提取时间、提取次数和料液比四个主要影响因素,选用L9(34)正交设计,以连翘酯苷为检测指标,用高效液相色谱法测定其含量。结果:最佳提取工艺是70℃下用10倍量的40%乙醇提取两次,每次1.5h。结论:该提取工艺提取率高,稳定性好,操作简便,适合工业化生产。

Objective ： To optimize the optimum extracting process of forsythiaside by orthogonal design. Method ： Extraction solvent, abstraction time, extraction times and ratio of material to liquid were selected as four primary effect factors, and the L9 （34） table was chosen as orthogonal design. As a detection index, the content of forsythiaside was detected by HPLC. Results：The optimum extraction technology was in the condition of extracting twice at 70℃ with 10 volumes of 40% ethanol for one and a half hours each time. Conclusion ：The extraction technology has a high extraction rate, and it is good, stable, and simple to operate. The technology is fit to industrial production.
