内电解--Fenton氧化组合工艺预处理腈纶废水 被引量:13

摘要 在确定内电解和Fenton氧化最佳操作条件的基础上,利用连续实验和烧杯实验研究了内电解和Fenton氧化的不同组合形式处理腈纶废水的效果及对废水可生化性的改善。研究结果表明:内电解—Fenton氧化和内电解耦合Fenton氧化两种组合形式的出水COD低于400mg/L,COD去除率达70%以上,废水的BOD/COD提高到0.3以上,出水CN-小于0.3mg/L,满足后续生物处理的要求;Fenton氧化—内电解和内电解与Fenton同步氧化两种组合形式对COD的去除效果、废水可生化性的提高幅度以及对CN-的去除效果都不能满足后续生物处理的要求。 The process of combining internal electrolysis and Fenton oxidation has been used for treating acrylic fiber wastewater based on investigating the optimum parameters of internal electrolysis and Fenton oxidization. The results show that internal electrolysis-Fenton oxidation and internal electrolysis coupled Fenton oxidation have good effect. The effluent COD of the two kinds of internal electrolysis oxidation and internal electrolysis coupling Fenton oxidation is lower than 400 mg/L, and the COD removal rate reaches more than 70%. When the BOD/COD of the wastewater increases to more than 0.3, the effluent water CN is less than 0.3 mg/L, meeting the requirements of following biological treatment. The COD removal efficiency, and CN^- removal rate of Fenton oxidation-internal electrolysis,or internal electrolysis and Fenton synchronous oxidation cannot meet the following biological treatment requirement.
