采用MBR工艺处理聚酯废水的工程实例 被引量:10

摘要 将MBR工艺用于聚酯废水的处理,提高了活性污泥浓度,极大地改善了聚酯废水处理中好氧过程的效率。采用厌氧—MBR—氧化塘联合工艺,对珠海某聚酯公司的废水设施进行改造后,在保持较高的COD去除率的同时,出水各项指标也达到广东省地方排放标准(DB44/26—2001)的一级排放标准。与原有的厌氧—生物接触氧化法—氧化塘工艺相比,处理成本降低了40%以上,表明该工艺具有良好的经济技术可行性,且性能稳定、效果良好。 Using MBR process for polyester wastewater treatment can improve the concentration of activated sludge, and the efficiency of aerobic treatment process for treating polyester wastewater greatly. By using the combined process of anaerobic-MBR-oxidation pond, a polyester wastewater treatment station in Zhuhai has been reformed. The COD removal rate keeps going higher, and, meanwhile, every index can meet the requirements of the first grade of the Guangdong local standard of discharging standard (DB 44/26-2001). Compared with the original anaerobic-biological contact oxidation-oxidation pond process, the cost of the MBR process has been reduced more than 40%. It shows that MBR is a kind of highly efficient and economical technology, having stable performances.
