摘要
用BASIC语言编写了适应于各种生物细胞体外培养指数增殖时生长曲线和倍增时间测定的应用程序,并用于人类慢性粒细胞白血病细胞系KCL—22体外培养时的测定,效果良好。
A computer program was designed by BASIC language which has found its usage in the growth curve assay and the doubling time determination of various biological cells while their exponential proliferation when cultured in vitro. When it was applied in the proliferation observation of a human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line (KCL-22)cultured in vitro,the program showed its advantages both in actual effectiveness and in practical functions.
