摘要
采用热模拟和金相检验等方法,研究了加Nb处理和加Nb+Ti处理的两种ELCBH钢板的热变形再结晶行为。结果表明,Ti元素的加入有利于热变形静态再结晶的发生,且变形温度愈高,再结晶进行愈充分。Ti元素过量加入不仅排除了NbN和AlN的析出,而且在一定程度上减少了NbC的析出,从而减弱了对热变形静态再结晶的抑制。
Thermal simulation and metallographic testing methods are applied to study two forms of heat distortion recrystallization of ELCBH steel sheet with Nb treatment and Nb+Ti treatment.The test result shows that the adding of Ti element is favorable to the forming of heat distortion recrystallization under static state.And the higher the temperature is,the more complete the recrystallization will be.Over adding of Ti element not only eliminates separation of NbN and AlN,but also reduce separation of NbC to some extent,which weakens restraining on heat distortion recrystallization under static state.
