多普勒、心导纳与心导管法测定小儿室间隔缺损心输出量的比较

摘要 本文应用脉冲多普勒超声心动图(简称多普勒)和心导纳微分图微电脑自动分析(简称心导纳)测定27例小儿单纯性空间隔缺损心输出量(CO)和心脏指数(CI),与心导管(Fick)法相比,多普勒法CO和CI相关系数分别为0.92,0.90;心导纳法CO和CI相关系数分别为0.38、0.24,表明多普勒能准确测定心导纳不宜测定的小儿室间隔缺损CO和Cl。 The validity of pulsed Doppler and differentila-admittance cardiogram of cardiac output (CO) and cardiac index(CI) of ventricular septal defect, was compared with Fick's method in 27 children of 3-14 years old. CO and CI of pulsed Doppler correlated well with that of Fick(r=0. 92,0. 90) ; but differential-admittance cardiogram not well correlated(r = 0. 38,0. 24). This Study indicated that CO and CI of children with ventricular septal defect can be determinated by pulsed Doppler as a noninva-sive approach accurately but the differential admittance cerived ones is unacceptable.
