摘要
人才特别是高级人才的引进、培养、开发是提高医院服务发展实力的重中之重。近年来,某医院不断重视人才的培养、引进、开发工作,大胆提拔、重用中青年高级知识分子,引进、调入高级人才,积极为知识分子、高级人才创造良好的工作、生活环境,努力培养知识分子专业技术骨干,更好地促进了医院的可持续发展。
The introduction, training, and cultivation of the talent, especially the senior talent, has been the most important work of the hospital to improve its service and development. In recent years, the hospital has always attached importance to the introduction, training and cultivation of the talent, promoted the high-level young intellectuals, introduced and transferred the senior talent to the post in the hospital. Good living and working environment has been created for intellectuals and senior talents to cultivate the key technologists and promote the continuous development of the hospital in a betterway.
