骨巨细胞瘤影像学诊断及进展(综述) 被引量:2

Research of imaging diagnosis in giant-cell tumor of bone and its advance

摘要 骨巨细胞瘤(giant cell tumor of bone,GCT)是一种常见的骨肿瘤,占原发骨肿瘤的4%~9.5%,占良性骨肿瘤的18%~23%。典型的GCT为良性,单发。但多发也有报道,5%~10%可以为恶性。X线平片、CT、MRI和骨扫描等影像学检查在GCT的诊断和治疗中起到非常重要的作用,该文将就GCT的影像学表现、治疗以及相关基础研究进行综述。 GCT is a common bone neoplasms. 4%-9.5% of original bone neoplasms and 18%-23% ofbenign bone neoplasms are GCM. The typical GCT is benign and 5%-10% may be malignant. The imaging examinations, and single. There are reports about being multiple such as X ray, CT, MRI and bone scanning play important roles in the diagnosis and treatment of GCT. The article summarizes the imaging findings, treatment and the relative basic research of GCT
