振动排痰机对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的疗效观察

Application of Vibratory Sputum Ejection Machine in Elderly Patients with Acute Exacerbations of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diease

目的:观察振动排痰机对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonarydiease,AECOPD)患者的护理疗效及生存质量的影响。方法:将60例老年AECOPD患者随机分为两组,均采取常规抗感染、吸痰、雾化吸入等治疗。对照组采用手叩法排痰,治疗组采用振动排痰机行叩振法。观察两组治疗前后痰量、呼吸音、呼吸频率(R)和血氧饱和度(SaO2)及生存质量的变化情况。结果:治疗组在痰量减少、呼吸音改善、呼吸频率及SaO2的改善情况优于对照组,P<0.05。两组治疗后综合评分和各领域评分较治疗前均有显著提高,P<0.01或P<0.05。其中治疗组生理、心理和环境领域及综合评分较对照组明显改善,P<0.05;社会关系领域评分与对照组比较无差异,P>0.05。结论:振动排痰能更好的改善老年AECOPD患者的呼吸功能,促进患者康复,提高生存质量。

Objective：To observe the effect of vibratory sputum ejection machine in elderly patients with acuteexacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary diease. Methods：60 cases of elderly patients with acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary diease were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Both two groups were treated with conventional therapy.The control group were clapped on the back and the treatment group were put on the vibratory sputum ejection machine.Calculate sputum excretion volume, respiratory sound,respiratory rate,SaO2 and quality of life before and after the therapy.Results：The treatment group was superior to control group in improving sputum excretion volume,respiratory sound,respiratory rate and （P〈0. 05）.The together and each sphere evaluation in both groups raised （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.Compared with control group, physiology, psychology, environment and together evaluation were obviously raised in treatment group. Conclusion： Vibratory sputum ejection machine is easy-to-operate,safe,and patient-friendly.It has a better outcome than manual method and can reduce the working load of nurse and improve the patients＂ oualitv of life.
