改良PPH术的临床应用

Clinical application of modified Procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids

目的:探讨改良PPH术的手术技巧和临床应用价值。方法:30例患者行采用改良PPH术治疗。结果:所有患者手术均顺利,平均手术时间20min,术后平均住院时间3.5d。术后痔核回缩消退平均时间5d。术中吻合后吻合口出血需缝合止血19例,其中1例术后24小时内因吻合口出血再次手术,另1例术后4～5天出血再次手术,而手术探查时未发现明确的出血点,未做特殊处理,亦未再发生出血。术后无肛门狭窄,无肛门失禁,无疼痛,随访1个月～2年,无复发及其他不良反应。结论:改良PPH术安全有效,同时拓宽了经典PPH术的手术适应范围。术后出血为其较严重的并发症。

Objective： To explore the operation skills and clinical application of prolapse and hemorrhoids （PPH）.Methods： Among those 30 patients, there were improvement Procedure for four cases of anal papilla hypertrophy, one case of simple low of anal fistula, two of polyps, two cases of thrombosis and twenty-one cases of obvious skin tag. Results： All patients got successful operation. The mean operating duration is 20 minutes. The mean postoperative hospital stay is 3.5 days. The mean time of hemorrhoids fadeaway is 5 days. Stoma bleeding during the operation need to suture to stop bleeding in 19 cases, of which one case was operated for the second time in 24 hours because of stoma bleeding. One case was received the operation again 4-5 days after
