女性颜面部再发性皮炎58例临床分析

Female facial recurrent dermatitis to the clinical analysis of 58 cases

目的：探讨颜面部再发性皮炎发病原因，发病相关因素及治疗。方法：收集58例女性患者病例，进行临床回顾分析。结果：58例颜面部再发性皮炎多发季节主要为春季（37．7％），其次为秋季01．0％）；诱发原因依次为化妆品（34．5％），空气中花粉及尘埃（22．4％），日光（22．4％），原因不明（12．1％），工作环境（8．6％）；年龄20-40岁占74．1％。治疗上采取综合治疗。结论：女性颜面部再发性皮炎占皮肤科头面部疾病首位，春秋季易发，以化妆品诱发多见。原因不明难以预防。外用强效皮质类固醇激素副作用多，外用他克莫司乳膏安全、有效、依从性好。健康教育及行为治疗复发少至不复发。

Objective： To investigate the pathogenesis of facial recurrent dermatitis, morbidity related factors and treatment. Methods： Complete information of 58 female cases treated in our department from Nov.2004 to Mar.2008 were collected and the data were made clinical analysis. Conclusion： Female facial recurrent dermatitis is the first of facial skin disease. It is usually caused by cosmetics and more common in 20 to 40- year-old, and it often happens in autumn and spring. It is hard to prevent because of the unexplained causes. External use of powerful corticosteroid has much side effect, and is easy to lead to bad emotional reaction and lower the quality of life. Treating with external use of tacrolimus ointment is safe, efficient and has excellent compliance. Health education and behavior therapy make less or no recurrence.
