摘要
介绍了采用EUCLID软件进行汽车覆盖件模具数控编程的流程,重点论述了各种刀具运动轨迹的生成方法和数控加工工艺参数的优化设计方法,还对后置处理程序的开发进行了探讨。最后介绍了刀具运动轨迹生成方法在实际模具数控编程加工中的应用。
This paper introduces the process of NC programming for dies for automotive covering parts by using EUCLID software,discussing mainly the generating methods of various cutting tool moving tracks and the design methods of optimizing the NC machining process parameters,and discussing also the development of the post processing program,at last introducing the application of cutting tool moving track generating method in actual NC die machining programming.
