复脉汤治疗缓慢性心律失常96例临床观察

Self-treatment of Slow Fumai 96 cases of anhythmia clinical observation

目的:探讨自拟复脉汤治疗缓慢性心律失常的临床疗效。方法:将96例缓慢性心律失常患者分为治疗组(48例)和对照组(48例)。对照组给予常规西药(如肌苷、辅酶Q10、消心痛、肠溶阿斯匹林等)治疗,治疗组仅给予自拟复脉汤治疗,将两组治疗前后临床症状改善情况,心电图、动态心电图变化情况进行对照观察。结果:自拟复脉汤对缓慢性心律失常,临床症状改善有效率达79.2%,对照组有效率47.9%,与对照组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05);动态心电图平均心率<55次/分的患者数量,与对照组相比治疗组明显减少(P<0.01)。结论:自拟复脉汤能有效提高缓慢性心律失常患者平均心率水平,减轻心肌缺血,改善临床症状。

Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of self-designed Fumai soup in treatment of slow arrhythmia. Methods： 96 slow arrhythmia patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （48 cases） and the control group （48 cases）. The control group was offered the treatment of conventional western medicine such as inosine, coenzyme QlO, isosorbide dinitrate, enteric-coated aspirin while the treatment group was given selfdesigned Fumai. The improvement of the clinical symptoms and the changes in electrocardiogram and dynamic electrocardiogram before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results： In the group of self-designed Fumai Soup, the efficiency rate of clinical symptoms improvement was 79.2 %, the control group 47.9%. Compared with the control group, there were significant differences （P 〈0.05）; Holter average heart rate 〈 55/- the number of patients, compared with the control group , treatment group decreased remarkably （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion： Self-designed Fumai soup can effectively improve the slow arrhythmia patients with an average heart rate, reduce myocardiaI and improve the clinical symptoms.
