53例高渗性非酮症糖尿病昏迷临床分析

Clinical analysis of 53 patients with coma

目的:探讨高渗性非酮症糖尿病治疗方法。方法:对53例糖尿病患者诊断和治疗进行分析。结果:收治的53例患者,13例死亡,其中5例死于合并脑血管疾病。结论:高渗性非酮症糖尿病早期诊断,早期治疗可降低病死率。

Objective： to explore the treating methods of hyperosmolar nonketotic diabetic. Methods： The diagnosis and treatment of 53 cases of diabetics hospitalized between Jan, 1995 and Dec, 2006 were analyzed. Result： of 53 cases, 13 died among whom 5 died of cerebrovascular disease. Conclusion： the early diagnosis and treatment of hyperosmolar nonketotic diabetic can reduce the mortality rate.
