37例老年性痴呆患者的护理体会

The Nursing Care Experience of 37 patients with Alzheimer’s disease

目的:探讨科学合理的护理对老年性痴呆患者病情发展的影响。结果:轻、中度痴呆患者病情稳定,未向重度转化。2例重度痴呆患者出院,1例重度痴呆患者并发严重肺部感染死亡。结论:通过科学合理的护理可减缓老年痴呆的发展、提高病人的生活质量、减少并发症。

Objective： To review the effect of scientific and suitable nursing care on the Alzheimer＇s disease patients. Results The situation of dementia patients with the mild or moderate degree stayed stable. Two severe patients were discharged and one severe patient died because of severe pneumonia. Conclusions Scientific and suitable nursing care can alleviate the disease development of dementia patients and improve the patients＂ quality of life, reduce complications and mortality.
