摘要
目的:建立头孢呋辛钠的含量测定方法,考察头孢呋辛钠与4种常用输液的配伍稳定性。方法:在25℃的室温条件下,模拟临床常用的浓度,对头孢呋辛钠与5%葡萄糖注射液、10%葡萄糖注射液、0.9%氯化钠注射液及5%葡萄糖氯化钠注射液配伍后的含量和pH值变化进行观察研究。结果:头孢呋辛钠与4种注射液配伍后6h内的含量指标和pH值均未有明显变化。结论:头孢呋辛钠与4种输液配伍在6h内稳定。
Objective: Aim To establish a method for the determination of cefuroxime sodium, and research the stability of cefoperazone sodium with the four common used liquid in clinical.Methods: Cefuroxime sodium was extemporaneously compounded with 4 kinds of infusion solutions respectively, and concentration simulated common in clinical. The stability of the mixtures was then characterized in respect of the pH and concentration under room temperature. Result: There was no significant change after matching in the appearance, pH values and content for 6 hours at room temperature. Conclusion: Cefuroxime sodium was compatible with 5% glucose injection, 10%glucose injection, 0.9% sodium chloride injection and ducose and sodium chloride injection in 6h.
