护理技能强化训练模块实践研究

The intensified training module’s practising study of nursing skills

针对护理专业学生人数迅速增加,护理技能操作教学增加了难度,设定护理技能强化训练模块,经过两届护理专业中专层次573名学生的实践,取得了较为满意的效果。体现了职业教育模块教学的针对性和灵活性,提高了护理专业学生护理技能操作水平,形成了较为完整的强化训练模块管理制度。

Because the number of the nursing students is increasing rapidly and the students＇ compositive quality is decreasing, we have established the intensified training module of nursing skills. We have obtained some achievement by practising the 576 students of technical secondary school. The achievement embodies the educational pertinence and agility of the vocational education＇s module and improve the nursing students＇ manipulation level. It also form the perfect system of the intensified training module.
