介绍了电子束焊接加工技术的基本特点及国内外汽车桥壳制造工艺。着重对国内采用电子束加工板材冲压汽车桥壳、德国采用电子束加工方形钢坯锻压汽车桥壳的工艺过程进行了详细的分析与介绍，还对不同焊接加工方法的优缺点进行了比较。

The basic features of eletron beam welding technology and the manufacturing engineerings in domestic and abroad of automotive axle case are introduced.Especially the detailed introduction and analysis to the process of electron beam for pressing sheet metal automotive axle case in domestic and for press forging square steel billet automotive axle case in Germany are described.Furthermore,the strong and weak points of the different welding methods are also discussed.
