Rectus abdominis endometriosis : a case reprot

通过腹直肌子宫内膜异位症1例报告,认为该病例可能与术中子宫内膜组织直接种植有关,诊断主要通过病史及临床表现,治疗首选手术切除病灶,扩大局部切除范围且切缘干净是防止复发的关键。

1 case of endometriosis in rectus abdominis is reported to investiga.te the clinical characteristics,treatment, and factor of recurrence of rectus abdominis endometriosis. Through consulting related references, comparing with clinical experiences and summing up the others＇ arguments, it is concluded that surgical excision is the only effective treatment and wide local excision with clear margins is the key point to preventing recurrence.
