检验科医务人员职业暴露防护调查分析

An Investigation and Analysis of Professional Exposure of Medical Staff in Clinical Laboratory

目的:增强检验科医务人员的职业暴露防护意识。方法:采用自行设计的调查表以访谈和问卷相结合的方法进行调查分析。结果:43名检验科医务人员中正确洗手的仅占13.9%;正确应用擦手工具9.3%;每个工作日洗手次数<30次72.1%,>30次27.9%;皮肤被利器刺伤过95.3%;被利器刺伤后能正确处理伤口69.8%;正确掌握消毒剂用途及效能41.9%;认为有必要参加防护知识培训93.0%。结论:构建检验科医务人员职业暴露防护的措施与方案,重视职业暴露安全教育,可以有效降低和减少职业暴露发生率,确保检验科医务人员职业安全。

Objective： To strengthen the exposure consciousness of medical staff in clinical laboratory. Methods ：To design the questionnaire for the corresponding persons. Results ：From 43 persons investigated, there were only 13.9% could wash their hands in a correct way; 9.3% could right use the wiping instruments; 72.1% wash their hands more than 30 times each work day and less than 30 times is 27.9%; 95.3% have their skins stabbed by edge tods; 69.8% could deal with the wound in the case of cut; 41.9% knew the purpose and efficiency of disinfectant; 93.0% think it is necessary to take part in the protective knowledge training. Conclusions：The preventive measures and programs about professional exposure must be tructuralized and to think highly of the safety education of occupational exposure and can decrease the occupational exposure rate and ensure the occupational safety of medical staff in clinical laboratory.
