摘要
研究了稀土复合孕育剂RCC对高碳当量低铬钼灰铸铁性能和组织的影响。其结果显示,在高碳当量条件下,采用低合金化和稀土复合孕育剂孕育处理,可以稳定地获得生产缸体、缸盖用的高强度薄壁灰铸铁。
Investigates the effect of rare earth mixed inoculant RCC on the properties and structure of gray iron with low Cr Mo content. Results show that high strength and thin wall gray iron with high carbon equivalent can be obtained by Cr Mo alloying and RCC inoculant.
