摘要
采用位移门槛电压控制焊接过程,对Q235-A钢进行了变压式和等压式扁钢带直流电阻对焊试验。其结果表明,增大位移门槛值或者减小预压力,可增大塑性金属的变形程度,这有利于将杂质从接合界面挤出。接头的“开花”现象是界面拉应力产生的。
A displacement threshold was used to control DC upset butt welding process, and constant pressure and varied pressure tests were carried out on Q235 A steel strips. Experimental results show that the deformation of plastic metal may be increased by increasing the displacement threshold voltage or by decreasing initial pressure. This will benefit the expulsion of interfacial contaminant. The phenomena of cracking at both sides of the butt is caused by tension stress.
