摘要
利用在激子动力学方法描述扫描隧道显微镜中电子运动的动力学方案下,建立的N吸附子STM系统隧道电流与探针空间位置之间的关系式,具体模拟计算了Dimer吸附子STM系统图谱,并将一些理论和实验结果进行了比较。
Applying the relationship between the tunneling current of N absorbates STM system and the position of the tip in the method of the exciton dynamics theory, the authors simulated the STM spectrum of Dimer absobates and compared theoretical results with experimental ones.
