摘要
在半干法烟气脱硫的基础上,提出了利用过氧化氢的强氧化性,在喷水增湿脱硫剂过程中添加少量的过氧化氢溶液进一步提高其脱硫效率的方法,并重点研究了过氧化氢水溶液浓度以及各种因素(Ca/S摩尔比、近绝热饱和温度等)对脱硫效率的影响。结果表明,采用1.0%-2.0%过氧化氢水溶液增湿脱硫剂,其脱硫效率可提高20%-30%;随着过氧化氢溶液浓度的增加,脱硫效率及吸收剂利用率更高。
To enhance SO2 absorption rate and removal efficiency, hydrogen peroxide as a strong oxidant was added during the spray water humidification in the process of semi-dry flue gas desulfurization. The effects of hydrogen peroxide concentration, Ca/S tool ratio and approach to the saturation temperature on the SO2 removal efficiency were investigated. The results show that SO2 absorption rate can be significantly enhanced with hydrogen peroxide; when the lime particles are humidified by a hydrogen peroxide solution of 1.0% to 2.0%, the SO2 removal efficiency increases about 20% to 30%. Moreover, SO2 absorption rate and sorbent utilization increase with the hydrogen peroxide concentration.
