维吾尔族妇女宫颈癌组织中p16蛋白与HPV16／18的相关性

Expression of p16 in cervical cancer in Urghur women and its correlation with HPV1618 infection

目的探讨在维吾尔族妇女宫颈癌组织中p16蛋白的表达和HPV(16/18型)感染的关系。方法采用免疫组化S-P法和聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术检测34例正常宫颈组织(汉族19例,维吾尔族15例)以及40例宫颈癌组织(汉族18例,维吾尔族22例)中p16蛋白的表达和HPV16/18的感染情况。结果维吾尔族宫颈癌及正常宫颈组织中p16蛋白的阳性表达率与汉族相比均无统计学差异(P>0.05);维吾尔族、汉族宫颈癌中p16蛋白的阳性表达率(97.50%)明显高于维吾尔族、汉族正常宫颈组织(2.94%)(P<0.05)。HPV16型感染的宫颈癌中维吾尔族阳性表达率(54.54%)高于汉族(22.22%)(P<0.05);但HPV18型感染的宫颈癌无统计学意义(P>0.05)。维、汉宫颈癌组织中p16蛋白表达量与HPV16型感染的相对表达量呈显著正相关性(r=0.603,P<0.05)。结论p16蛋白和HPV联合检测可能作为检查宫颈癌的标记物,提高宫颈癌的检出率。

Objective To study the p16 protein expression in cervical cancer in Urghur women and its correlation with HPV16/18 infection. Methods The expression of P16 protein in normal and cervical cancer tissues was evaluated with S-P immunohistochemistry, whereas the infection of HPV was confirmed by PCR using specific primer sets for HPV16 or HPV18, respectively. Results There were no significant differences in the expression of p16 in either normal cervical tissues or cervical cancers between Urghur and Han nationalities （P〉0.05）. There were significant differences in the expression of p16 proteins in cervical cancers （97. 50%） compared to the expression of those in normal cervical tissues （2.94%） both in Urghur and Han nationalities （P〈0.05）. The infection rate of HPV16 in the cervical cancer tissues from Urghur women was higher than that in Hart women （54.54% in Urghur women and 22.22% in Han women, P〈0.05）. But the infection rate of HPV18 did not differ significantly in the cervical cancer tissues （P〉0.05）. Furthermore, there was a positive correlation between the expression of p16 and infection of HPV16 （ r = 0. 603, P 〈0.05）. Conclusion This study suggests that the detection of both p16 expression and HPV16 infection will improve the diagnosis rate of cervical cancer.
