大扁杏仁挥发油化学成分的气相色谱-质谱分析 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]分析甜杏仁挥发油中的化学成分。[方法]气质联用,用CBP5毛细管柱,柱温80~280℃,程序升温,检测器荷质比为40~600。[结果]气质联用鉴定了47个化合物。甜杏仁挥发油中的主要成分为油酸、亚油酸和β-谷甾醇。角鲨烯为首次在杏仁提取物中分离。[结论]该研究为大扁杏的进一步开发和利用提供了一定的科学依据。 [ Objective ] The research aimed to analyze the compositions of the volatile oil in almonds (Prunus sibirica var, suavosperma ). [ Method] GC-MS condition was as follow: Programmed temperature gas chromatography cinitial temperature was 80 ℃ , and then raised to 280℃ , mass to electric charge ratio was 40-600. [ Result] Forty-seven kinds of compositions were identified by GC-MS method. Oleic acid, linoleic acid and sitosterol and so on were main compositions of the volatile oil in Prunus sibirica var. suavosperma. Spinacene was isolated from Prunus sibirica var. suavosperma for the first time. [ Conclusion] The study can provide the scientific basis for the further development of Prunus sibirica var. suavosperma.
