原油污染土壤对蔬菜幼苗生长的影响

摘要 [目的]探讨土壤原油污染对农作物及土壤的影响。[方法]每盆装土样1kg,按土壤中原油浓度为0、100、500、1000、5000、15000、30000mg/kg处理土壤,测量2种蔬菜的发芽率、幼苗高度、根系长度、幼苗总鲜重。[结果]萝卜幼苗对原油的敏感度明显高于黄瓜。当处理剂量为1000~30000mg/kg时,2种蔬菜幼苗总鲜重与对照间都呈极显著差异。处理剂量对2种蔬菜幼苗总鲜重均具有显著线性负相关;处理剂量为500~30000mg/kg时,2种蔬菜根系长度与对照间呈现极显著差异。原油处理剂量与黄瓜和萝卜根系长度间具有较好的线性关系,线性系数分别为-0.8441和-0.7945。[结论]土壤原油污染对2种蔬菜幼苗的相对抑制率表现为根系长度大于幼苗总鲜重。 [ Objective ] The study was to discuss the effects of crude oil pollution to crop and soil. [ Method ] Each pot was filled with 1 kg air dried soil sample, and the crude oil was used to treat the soil with different concn, of 0, 100, 500, 1 000, 5 000, 15 000, 30 000 mg/kg. The germination rate, seedling height, root length, seedling total fresh weight of the 2 kinds of vegetables were detected. [ Result ] The sensitivity of turnip seedling to crude oil was obviously higher than that of cucumber. There was significant difference between the total fresh weights of 2 vegetable seedlings and CK, when the treating dosage was 1 000 -30 000 mg/kg, There was very significantly negative linear correlation between the treating dosage and the total fresh weight of 2 vegetable seedlings. There was significant difference between the root length of 2 vegetables and CK when the treating dosage was 500 - 30 000 mg/kg. A good linear relationship was existed between the treating dosage and the root length of the cucumber and turnip, and their linear coefficients were r = - 0. 844 1 and r = - O. 794 5 resp. [ Conclusion ] The relative inhibitory rates of crude oil pollution to 2 vegetable seedlings showed that of the root length was bigger than that of total fresh weight of seedlings.
