摘要
细菌的分子鉴定方法随着分子生物学的不断发展而得到了长足的进步,建立了一系列完整而系统的鉴定方法,如DNA-DNA杂交、rDNA指纹图谱、质粒图谱、16S rDNA全序列测定、限制性核酸内切酶分析、脉冲场凝胶电泳分析等方法。介绍了在这些分子鉴定方法基础上产生的新的或有针对性的细菌分子鉴定技术及其研究进展。
As the development of the molecular biology,the methods of bacterial identification has been evolved rapidly. A series of integrated and systematic methods were established. For example, DNA-DNA hybridization, rDNA fingerprints, plasmid map, sequence determination of 16S rDNA, restriction endonuclease analysis and pulsed-field gel electrophoresis analysis. The new methods which were based on these methods and their progress were introduced.
