摘要 [目的]研究不同温度处理对杂交狼尾草及其母本美洲狼尾草种子萌发的影响。[方法]以杂交狼尾草(Tift23A×N51)F1及美洲狼尾草不育系(Tift23A)种子为试验材料进行种子发芽试验,记录每天的发芽数,计算发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数,测定可溶性糖含量。[结果]结果表明,杂交狼尾草在25和30℃表现出较高的发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数;母本美洲狼尾草在25、30及35℃均表现较强的发芽状况,以30℃为最佳。母本对高温(40℃)亦有良好的发芽表现,而杂交种在较低温度(15℃)的发芽表现要好于母本。可溶性糖含量随着幼芽增长而增加。[结论]杂交种具有一定的抗寒能力,而母本种子具有较强的抗高温能力。 [ Objective ] To study the effect of different temperatures on the seed germination of pennisetum hybrid ( Pennisetum P purpureum) and pearl millet (P. americanium). [ Method] The germination experiments was carried on with the male × - sterile line (Tift23A) seeds of Pennisetum hybrid(Tift23A × N51 ) and pearl millet(Tift23A)as test materials, noting the number of germination, The seed germination rate,germination potential and germination index were calculated, and soluble sugar content, was determined. [ Result ] The results showed that pennisetum hybrid had high seed germination rate, germination potential and germination index in 25 and 30 ℃, Pearl millet showed high germination performance at 25, 30 and 35 ℃, 30 ℃ was the best. Pearl millet had good germination perfornaance in high temperature(40 ℃ ), and Pennisetum hybrid had better germination performance at lower temperature (15 ℃ ). The soluble sugar content increased along with the growth of seedlings. [ Conclusion] The seed of Pennisetum hybrid had certain cold resistance ability, and pearl millet could tolerate higher temperature.
