摘要
[目的]为探索中草药的作用机制,开发新型中草药水产动物饲料添加剂提供科学参考。[方法]选用黄芩、杜仲、金银花3种常见中草药进行试验研究,以微波辅助提取法提取药物中的主要活性成分,并测定其含量;将各组药物提取液分别对嗜水气单孢菌、温和气单孢菌、鳗弧菌等常见的水产动物致病菌进行体外抑菌试验。[结果]结果表明,各药物的提取液对水产致病菌均有一定的抑菌效果,杜仲提取液对嗜水气单胞菌和鳗弧菌的抑菌效果较好,黄芩对温和气单胞菌的抑菌效果较好,复方药物的体外抑菌效果主要取决于药物配比及其主要活性成分的浓度。[结论]为进一步研究开发出具有特异抗菌作用的新型中草药饲料添加剂提供了研究基础。
[ Objective ] The study aimed to explore the mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine and new Chinese herbal medicine aquatic animal feed. [ Method] Eucommia,Scutellaria and Lonicera was used as experimental materials. Main active ingredient was extracted by microwave-assisted method, and main active ingredient content was determined. Then antibacterial experiment in vitro was conducted with each drug group. [ Result] The results showed that, though each of these herbs could inhibit the growth of bacteria, the antibacterial effects of different herbs bad great differences. And the compound sometimes was not better than one drug. The effect was related to the molecular structure and pharmacology of each components. [ Conclusion] This research provided basis for further study of new Chinese herbal medicine feed additive with the function of special antibacterial activity.
