栽培因子对秦艽产量和龙胆苦苷含量的影响

Influences of Planting Factors on the Growth Indices of Gentiana macrophylla Pall.and the Content and the Yield of Gentiopicroside from Its Root

[目的]研究不同的栽培因子对秦艽产量和有效成分龙胆苦苷含量的影响。[方法]进行了秦艽栽培密度试验、追施肥料试验、生长年限试验，并对秦艽产量和龙胆苦苷含量进行了测定。[结果]秦艽生长苗间距以8～10cm为最好的生长密度；追施肥料对秦艽生长有促进作用，综合来看，尿素对秦艽生长最有利；随着生长年限的增加，秦艽的产量和龙胆苦苷含量也在增加，4年生秦艽龙胆苦苷含量和产量最高。[结论]4年生秦艽最具有栽培价值，为秦艽的高效人工种植提供了依据。

[ Objective] The research aimed to study the influences of various planting factors on the growth indices of Gentiana macrophyUa Pall, and the content and yield of the active constituent gentiopicroside. [ Method ] The planting density experiment, the fertilizing experiment and ＇the growing ages were made to measure the content of gentiopicroslde and the yield of gentiana . [ Result] The best space between the two seedling of Gentiana macrophyUa was 8 - 10 cm. Fertilizing was favorable to the upgrowth of Gentiana macrophylla, and urea had the most effective, The content of gentiopicroside and the yield of Gentiana macrophylla was increased with growing ages, and come to the most value in the 4tb years, [ Conclusion ] 4-year-old Gentiana macrophylla Pall. had the highest cultivating value, which provided some basis for efficient artificial cultivation.
