摘要
[目的]研究制备一种新型无机高分子絮凝剂,对造纸废水进行混凝处理。[方法]以硫酸铝、硫酸铁、硅酸钠为主要原料制备一种新型高效无机高分子聚硅酸硫酸铝铁絮凝剂,并与聚丙稀酰胺复配使用处理造纸废水。[结果]在试验条件下,造纸废水的浊度去除率可达96.2%,色度去除率可达87.6%,COD的去除率可达79.3%。与聚合氯化铝相比,具有去除率高、矾花密实、投加量少、pH值范围较宽等优点。[结论]用聚硅酸铝铁和聚丙烯酰胺共同处理造纸废水可以达到较好的絮凝效果。
[ Objective] One new type of inorganic polymer floeeulant had been synthesized to be used in coagulating treatment of paper-making wastewater. [ Method ] Na2SiO3, Al2 (SO4 )3 and Fe2 (SO4 )3 had been used as raw materials to prepare polysilieate aluminum ferric floeculant by a novel, high-efficient inorganic polymer coagulant. PAFSS was mixed with PAM in paper-making wastewater. [ Result] Under the experimental condition, and the removal rate of turibidity was 96.2% , and the removal rate of ehroma reached 87.6% , and the removal rate of COD reached 79.3%. Compared with PAC under the same preparation condition, PAFSS-PAM was characterized by higher removal efficiency, dense alums, less dosage, and wider pH range. [ Conclusion ] The experimental best floeeulation results could be achieved by combination coagulating effects of PAFSS and PAM in paper-making wastewater.
