摘要
[目的]研究不同保鲜剂对小苍兰切花瓶插寿命和观赏品质的影响。[方法]研究8-羟基喹啉(8-HQ)、柠檬酸(CA)、硫代硫酸钠(STS)和氯化钙(CaC l2)等化学药剂的不同组合处理对小苍兰切花的保鲜效果。[结果]结果表明,在9个保鲜剂组合中,T8(300 mg/L8-HQ+150 mg/L CA+2 g/L CaC l2)保鲜效果最好,可以使花茎挺直、增大,明显延长小苍兰的瓶插寿命。[结论]保鲜剂处理对小苍兰切花的水分平衡有明显的改善作用。
[ Objective ] The aim of the research was to study the effects of different preservative formula on the life and ornamental quality of cut F. refracta flower. [ Method] The effects of different preservatives on vase life and quality of cut F. refracta flower were studied. [ Result] The results showed that the prescription Ts (300 mg/L8-HQ + 150 mg/L CA + 2 g/L CaCl2 )was the best of nine various preservatives. It could extend vase life of cut F. refracta flower significantly. [ Conclusion] Preservative formula had obvious improving effect to the water balance of cut F. refracta flower.
