社会资本视野下的乡村政治精英

Rural Political Elites in the View of Social Capita

乡村精英是农村社区发展的中坚力量,也是中国农村问题研究者关注的焦点。分析了家族关系网络、信任关系网络、上层领导关系网络和经济资本等因素对乡村政治精英地位确立的影响,阐述了社会资本在政治精英确立过程中的作用,着重论述乡村政治精英在农村社区发展中整合社区内部资源网络、维护乡村社会道德规范、提升社区信任和连接外界的社会关系网络和资源的作用,在此基础上提出乡村政治精英与社会资本的互动关系。

The rural elites are the nucleus in the rural community development, which also has been the focus of the researchers about Chinese rural issues. The family relationship network, the trust relationship network, the upper-class leading relationship network and the economical capital during gaining their positions as political elites were all analyzed. It was stated that the social capital was very important during gaining their positions as political elites. The rural political elites played an important role in the rural community development such as integrating community interior resources network, maintaining rural social moral rules, improving community confidence, connecting social relationship network and resources outside. Based on this, the rural political elites and the social capital interactive relations were proposed.
