湿润烧伤膏治疗化脓性乳腺炎切开引流伤口的疗效观察

Effect of MEBO on the Surgical Cut after Incision and Drainage Surgery for Suppurative Mastitis.

目的:观察美宝湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗化脓性乳腺炎的疗效。方法:65例患者均采用外科手术切开引流治疗,治疗组采用MEBO油纱换药治疗,对照组采用凡士林油纱换药治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:两组术后疼痛、治疗时间、瘢痕生成率有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:MEBO治疗化脓性乳腺炎切开引流伤口疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the effect of MEBO on the surgical cut after incision and drainage surgery for suppurative mastitis. Method： The 65 cases of patients with suppurative mastitis treated with incision and drainage surgery were divided into two groups, i. e. MEBO group with MEBO oil gauze applied and control group with Vaseline gauze dressed. The results of the two groups were compared. Results： There was a significant difference observed between the two groups in post - surgery pain, treating duration and scaring rate （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： MEBO has a remarkable effect on the healing of surgical cut after incision and drainage surgery for suppurative mastitis.
